Battery Chargers 
Overview
Creative Power has a range of display boards that have been developed
with different user interfaces.
A 2 line x 16 character LCD display plus keypad is common to the range,
with display LEDs and various communications interfaces such as RS-232,
RS-485 and USB.
Creative Power has developed these display boards based around Texas
Instruments MSP430 range of micro controllers.

Technical Specifications
On-card facilities include:
- MSP430F169 processor
- Serial Flash Memory with 1Mbit of non-volatile storage
- Real time of day clock with supercapacitor back up
- 3mm LED outputs – Digitally Controlled
- 1 off Buzzer
- 4 button keypad
- 16 character x 2 line LCD display, with controllable LED backlight
- Power supply to generate all on-card supplies
- Power supply operation from input 80-200VDC
- Reverse polarity, fuse failure and DC Voltage present detection (indication independent to MSP)
- Fuse failure detection for a 3 phase AC signal (indication independent to MSP)
The card range also supports the following peripheral interfaces:
- JTAG interface
- Isolated RS-485 serial interface
- Isolated RS-232 serial interface
- Isolated USB interface
